Our Policies on Slavery and Human Trafficking
SRO Innovate is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in its supply chains or in any part of its business. The company’s Anti-slavery Policy reflects its commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all its business relationships.

Whistleblowing Policy: The company encourages its staff, customers and other business partners to report any concerns related to the direct activities, or the supply chains of, the organisation.
Employee Code of Conduct: The company makes clear the actions and behaviour expected of employees when representing the organisation.
Supplier Code of Conduct: The company specifies that it will not tolerate the use of forced or compulsory labour within its supply chain.

As part of the company’s initiative to identify and mitigate risk, it has in place systems to:

Mitigate the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in its supply chains.

The company regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery in its supply chains by:
Mapping its supply chain to identify high-risk sectors or geographies.
Conducting supplier audits where necessary.

The company uses the following key performance indicators to measure how effective it has been in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in any part of its business or supply chains:
Completion rate of modern slavery training by staff.
Percentage of suppliers who have signed the company’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
Number of reported grievances regarding modern slavery.
Training and Awareness
To ensure a high level of understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in its supply chains and its business, the company provides training to its staff. The company also requires its business partners to provide similar training to their staff and suppliers.
